Across four input copy numbers (2,000; 10,000; 50,000; and 200,000), the air-dried assay (yellow) showed no loss of activity or sensitivity compared to freshly prepared assays (blue), confirming its robustness and reliability for long-term storage at elevated temperatures.

Tested at two input levels (2,000 and 200,000 copies), the air-dried assay (yellow) showed no loss of activity or sensitivity compared to freshly prepared assays (blue), confirming its stability and reliability for long-term storage at elevated temperatures.
