As a responsible company, Korea Fisher Scientific complies with all applicable Korean laws and regulations concerning chemical substances. In accordance with our Sales Terms & Conditions, E-Commerce Terms & Conditions, and increasingly stringent regulatory requirements, we kindly ask that you carefully review the following information and return this document with your signature and confirmation to ensure the smooth processing of future purchase orders.

1. Our company specializes in the manufacture and supply of reagents for testing, research, and laboratory use. All products are imported through lawful procedures in compliance with the Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (K-REACH), the Chemicals Control Act, the Narcotics Control Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and other applicable laws and regulations.
2. Unless otherwise specifically indicated, all products supplied by our company are intended solely for testing, research, and laboratory use. They must not be used as pharmaceuticals, food additives, pharmaceutical ingredients, cosmetic ingredients, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostic materials, household chemical products, or for any purpose other than testing, research, and laboratory use. In particular, they must not be used for narcotics, food products, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics. Any liability arising from such misuse shall rest entirely with the user.
3. For new chemical substances and existing chemical substances subject to registration under the Act on Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals, imports must be conducted in accordance with the applicable legal procedures. Accordingly, order requests may be suspended or rejected due to import quantity restrictions.

The undersigned agrees to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations relating to chemical substances and accepts full responsibility for any misuse of the products.

1. Returns, cancellations, or exchanges resulting from a change of mind by the purchaser may be subject to applicable fees.
2. The purchaser shall inspect the products immediately upon receipt. If any defects are found or if the products do not match the order details, the purchaser must notify the seller within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
3. Any rights and obligations of the seller and purchaser not expressly stated in this agreement shall be governed by the seller's Sales Terms & Conditions and E-Commerce Terms & Conditions.
