Onboard software

All EVOS imaging systems come with onboard software that allows you to view, capture, and process images quickly and easily. You can:

  • Select colors and adjust brightness while viewing an image
  • Adjust image properties, such as contrast, saturation and color balance
  • Switch between different imaging modes
  • Capture and save images

For enhanced cell culture monitoring, the EVOS M3000 Imaging System offers real-time confluency while the EVOS M5000 Imaging System offers additional versatility with cell counting and transfection efficiency applications.

The EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System software resolves overlapping emission spectra, eliminating bleed-through and improving data quality for subsequent analysis. Advanced analysis software

For advanced image processing and data generation, the optional Celleste 6 Image Analysis Software offers additional tools for classification, segmentation, and analysis of complex images using preconfigured templates with a wizard-based workflow to help simplify batch analysis. Optional modules for deconvolution, 3D visualization, and 3D analysis allow you to customize the capabilities according to your needs.

While we offer advanced software capabilities, all EVOS imaging systems are also designed to enable easy data export for analysis on any software platform, empowering you with the flexibility to discover however you need.
