Before upgrading software or firmware, review the release notes and user guide for recalibration requirements. Changes may impact analytically validated workflows. Customers operating under analytically validated workflows must follow current Instructions for Use (IFU) and/or perform analytical validation according to their standard operating procedures.
 

Design & Analysis 1 (DA1) & Touchscreen instrument operating software

The desktop instrument operating software enables users to operate QuantStudio 1 instruments.  Customers who need to operate the system with the desktop software must use the Design and Analysis v1.x series.

Diomni Design and Analysis Software 3.x (DA3)

Diomni Design and Analysis 3.x (DA3) is designed to complement DA1 by extending the following advanced data analysis and results review capabilities across the QuantStudio qPCR instrument family, including QuantStudio 1 systems:

  • Improved Ct algorithm performance
  • Advanced spectral conditioning (cross-talk reduction)

How to access software

  1. For Cloud: Select to launch the application directly.
  2. For Desktop or On-Premises: Select your install option (Desktop or On-Premises).
  3. Sign in with your thermofisher.com account (create one if needed).
  4. Access the Thermo Fisher Connect folder and download your software.

 


Design & Analysis 2 (DA2) software

Design & Analysis 2 software enables users to set up run templates, open completed run files to analyze data, and review results in an integrated and streamlined fashion. The software provides a suite of secondary analysis modules for specific qPCR applications.

While DA2 software can be run with the security, audit, and e-signature (SAE) enabled, this feature does not apply to the QuantStudio 1 systems.
