HPV Type 18 E7 Antibody (PA5-117384) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of HPV Type 18 E7 in 4% paraformaldehyde (RT, 15 min) fixed HeLa cells (Green: Human Papilloma virus type 18 E7). Samples was incubated in HPV Type 18 E7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117384) using a dilution of 1:500, followed by Hoechst.

HPV types 6 and 11 have been associated with relatively benign diseases such as genital warts but types 16 and 18 are strongly associated with cervical, vaginal, and vulvar malignancies. E7-driven degradation of pRb may be involved in cervical tumorigenesis in humans.
