Immunohistochemistry analysis of NRBF2 in human colorectal cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with NRBF2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101727) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

NRBF2 (nuclear receptor-binding factor 2) modulates transcriptional activation by target nuclear receptors. It is involved in starvation-induced autophagy probably by its association with PI3K complex I (PI3KC3-C1). NRBF2 stabilizes the PI3KC3-C1 assembly and enhances ATG14-linked lipid kinase activity of PIK3C3.
