Western blot analysis of Recoverin in Lane 1: Wild-type WERI-RB-1 cell lysate; Lane 2: RCVR knockout WERI-RB-1 cell lysate. Samples were incubated with Recoverin Polyclonal (Product # PA5150090) antibody using a dilution of 2 µg/mL, followed by HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Rabbit IgG (0.2 µg/mL).
