SKI3 Antibody (PA5-40078) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent detection of Ski3 in HeLa cells using a Ski3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-40078) (red), counterstained with DAPI to label the DNA (blue), and an alpha-tubulin antibody to label the cytoplasm (green). SKI3 is detected in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus but appears to be excluded from the nucleolus.
