SOS2 Antibody (720413) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed on Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of A-431 (Lane 1), MCF-7 (Lane 2), HCT 116 (Lane 3), K-562 (Lane 4) and HL-60 (Lane 5). The blots were probed with Anti-SOS2 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 720413, 2 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.2 µg/mL, 1:5000 dilution).
