The Mouse Immunoglobulin 2A (Ms Ig2A) ELISA quantitates Ms Ig2A in mouse serum, plasma, or cell culture medium. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant Ms Ig2A.
原理方法
The Mouse Ig2A solid-phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is designed to measure the amount of the target bound between a matched antibody pair. A target-specific antibody has been pre-coated in the wells of the supplied microplate. Samples, standards, or controls are then added into these wells and bind to the immobilized (capture) antibody. The sandwich is formed by the addition of the second (detector) antibody, a substrate solution is added that reacts with the enzyme-antibody-target complex to produce measurable signal. The intensity of this signal is directly proportional to the concentration of target present in the original specimen.

Mouse IgG2a is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the second most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response. Mouse IgG2a is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation. Mouse IgG2a is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry. It is also used in therapeutic applications, such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
