Stability testing of the Dry-Ready RT-qPCR Kit demonstrated that air-dried assays retained full activity after 10 weeks of storage at 50°C using the XENO RNA template. Across four input copy numbers (2,000; 10,000; 50,000; and 200,000), the air-dried assay (yellow) showed no loss of activity or sensitivity compared to freshly prepared assays (blue), confirming its robustness and reliability for long-term storage at elevated temperatures.

The Dry-Ready Excipient Mix stabilizes air-dried assays containing Dry-Ready SuperScript III Reverse Transcriptase and Dry-Ready Platinum Taq DNA Polymerase for at least 10 weeks at 50°C, as demonstrated with the XENO RNA template.
