Spectra Environmental Transmission Electron Microscope

The Thermo Scientific Spectra Environmental Transmission Electron Microscope (ETEM) is the high-resolution, aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscope for in situ experimentation and atomic-resolution observations in different gas environments. The Spectra ETEM is a new member of our high-end TEM product family, bringing together the open cell gaseous capability with atomic resolution TEM and STEM imaging. This is achieved by integrating the environmental transmission electron microscopy module on our latest Spectra Ultra (S)TEM platform on a high stability base inside the Spectra Ultra (S)TEM enclosure. It can be operated between 30 and 300kV and has the same fast, high-tension switching available on the Spectra Ultra (S)TEM.
