While transmission electron microscopy software makes general data collection easy, it doesn’t always support the unique needs of customized workflows. That’s where Thermo Scientific AutoScript Software offers the solution. It provides access to microscope controls and a Python-based API that allows you to create custom scripts tailored to your needs.
In this on-demand webinar, we provide an overview of AutoScript Software that will help you kickstart your TEM automation journey through scripting. Whether you're just getting started or looking to enhance your current workflow, this session will set you up for success with smart, scalable TEM automation.
In this webinar, you will:
Dr. Meingast focuses on clean energy in the DACH region. He has 15 years of experience in transmission electron microscopy in industrial and academic surroundings. He obtained his PhD at the Technical University of Graz, where he focused on analytical techniques such as EDS and EELS.
Dr. Yip graduated from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a degree in chemistry. She completed her PhD at the Max Planck Institute in Goettingen doing proof-of-concept work using a CEOS spherical aberration and off-axial coma corrector in combination with a single Wien filter type monochromator to image beam-sensitive life sciences samples in cryogenic conditions. She currently works on materials science TEM applications, focusing on TEM experiment workflow customization and automation.
