Fast MicroSEQ™ 500 16S rDNA PCR 试剂盒采用新型快速技术,使用 Veriti™ 96孔热循环仪对菌落进行细菌鉴别,只需5小时即可产生结果。该试剂盒还兼容 GeneAmp™ PCR 系统 9700。使用该试剂盒制得的 PCR 扩增产物可采用 MicroSEQ™ 500 16S rDNA 测序试剂盒进行测序。两种试剂盒配套使用,可对 16S rRNA 基因的500个碱基对进行扩增和测序。然后可与 MicroSEQ™ ID 分析软件 16S rDNA 500 文库比较,以实现特征匹配。本试剂盒不包含方案或快速参考卡。

每个试剂盒含有足以进行 50 次 PCR 扩增、5 次阴性对照检测和 5 次阳性对照检测的 PCR 预混液。也包括一管阳性对照大肠杆菌 DNA 和一管水(用作阴性对照)。接收后在 -15 至 -25°C 下储存。首次使用后,在 PCR 清洁室中于 2–8 °C 下储存。
