Yes, the Multidrop Combi reagent dispensers are compatible with the Momentum Software and can be integrated into automated workflow platforms. If you are planning to set up an automated workflow using the Momentum Software, you will also need a microplate mover such as the Orbitor RS2 Microplate Mover, Spinnaker Microplate Robot, or Spinnaker 3 Microplate Mover.

Do Multidrop Combi Reagent Dispensers (Cat. Nos. 58403xx and 58404xx) come with a laptop?

No, Multidrop Combi Reagent Dispensers are not sold with a laptop. This would need to be purchased separately. You can also use your own laptop or PC, as long as it meets the minimum PC requirements outlined in the Thermo Scientific FILLit Software for Multidrop Combi User Manual (pg 15).

I have an old spare valve which does not have any valve correction factor enclosed. Can I still use it?

Yes, old spare valves do not have this correction factor and the default value 0 is correct. If an old valve replaces the newer version, the correction factor needs to be set to value 0.

Do I need to recalibrate the instrument when a dispensing valve is changed?

No, you do not have to recalibrate the instrument, because the valve performance is so consistent. However you must apply the valve correction factor to the instrument through the FillIt software.
