Target Enrichment Binding & Purification Beads (Air Dry)

Target Enrichment Binding & Purification Beads (Air Dry) is a magnetic bead accessory kit for target enrichment and purification in hybridization-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows. The kit includes DNA Purification Beads and Streptavidin Binding Beads for target capture, post-capture cleanup, and optional bead-based prehybridization concentration workflows.

The Air Dry designation highlights support for an alternate bead-based concentration option before hybridization, making the kit especially useful for labs that do not have a vacuum concentrator available.

Air-dry workflow option. The kit supports optional bead-based concentration before hybridization when a vacuum concentrator is unavailable. For quick enrichment workflows, the air-dry approach should be used only within the published protocol limits.

Workflow compatibility. This accessory is used with both the standard and quick target enrichment kits, together with Target Enrichment Universal Blockers and the NGS Exome DNA Panel or a custom panel.
