ADI1 Antibody (MA5-25269) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human prostate tissue. To expose target proteins, 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a ADI1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-25269).

Target Information
This gene encodes an enzyme that belongs to the aci-reductone dioxygenase family of metal-binding enzymes, which are involved in methionine salvage. This enzyme may regulate mRNA processing in the nucleus, and may carry out different functions depending on its localization. A pseudogene that is located on chromosome 20 has been defined for this gene.
