Filamin A Antibody (MA570389) in WB
Western blot analysis of Filamin A. Samples (HT-1080, HepG2, HeLa, H9C2, NIH/3T3) were incubated with Filamin A monoclonal antibody (Product # MA570389) at a dilution of 1:10,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQECL Substrate Kit.

Target Information
Filamin functions as a crosslinking protein forming a flexible link between two actin filaments. It is composed of two identical polypeptide chains each joined to the other at one end, with an actin binding site at the other. It is present in human platelets, lymphocytes, fibroblasts and smooth muscle actin.
