SMARCA3 Antibody (PA1-25996) in WB
Western blot analysis of SMARCA3 using whole cell lysate (50µg) from NIH-3T3, TCMK-1, 4T1, and CT26.WT cells. Samples were probed with a SMARCA3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-25996) at a dilution of 0.5µg/ml. Detection was performed using chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

PA1-25996 detects SMARCA3 from human samples. PA1-25996 is expected to cross react with mouse due to sequence homology.

The PA1-25996 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a portion of SMARCA3.
靶标信息
This gene encodes a member of the SWI/SNF family. Members of this family have helicase and ATPase activities and are thought to regulate transcription of certain genes by altering the chromatin structure around those genes. The encoded protein contains a RING finger DNA binding motif. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been found for this gene. However, use of an alternative translation start site produces an isoform that is truncated at the N-terminus compared to the full-length protein.
