PA1-4419 has been successfully used in Western blotting procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a ~136 kDa protein representing BRCAA1 in MCF-7 cell lysates.
PA1-4419 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 1046-1055 of human BRCAA1.
Target Information
