LMOD1 Antibody (PA5-100042) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of LMOD1 in mouse heart tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with LMOD1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100042) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
The leiomodin 1 protein (LMOD1) has a putative membrane-spanning region and 2 types of tandemly repeated blocks. The transcript is expressed in all tissues tested, with the highest levels in thyroid, eye muscle, skeletal muscle, and ovary. Increased expression of leiomodin 1 may be linked to Graves' disease and thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.
