MIIP Antibody (PA5-100572) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of MIIP in mouse heart tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with MIIP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100572) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
MIIP inhibits glioma cells invasion and down-regulates adhesion-and motility-associated genes such as NFKB2 and ICAM1. MIIP exhibits opposing effects to IGFBP2 on cell invasion.
