Phospho-SAMHD1 (Thr592) Antibody (PA5-101043) in WB
Western blot analysis of Phospho-SAMHD1 (Thr592) extracts from COLO205 cells (heat-shock treatment). Samples were incubated with Phospho-SAMHD1 (Thr592) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101043) using a dilution of 1:1,000. Observed bands: 70 kDa.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of SAMHD1 only when phosphorylated at Thr592.
Target Information
This gene may play a role in regulation of the innate immune response. The encoded protein is upregulated in response to viral infection and may be involved in mediation of tumor necrosis factor-alpha proinflammatory responses. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome.
