Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with HGH1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101467) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

HGH1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of HGH1 extracts from COLO205 cells (heat-shock treatment). Samples were incubated with HGH1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101467) using a dilution of 1:1,000. Observed bands: 48 kDa.
