SLC5A6 Antibody (PA5-101903) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SLC5A6 in human kidney cancer and adjacent normal tissues. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with SLC5A6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101903) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
Transports pantothenate, biotin and lipoate in the presence of sodium. Target protein mediates sodium-dependent transport of pantothenate, biotin, and lipoate; plays a role in intestinal uptake of biotin and in transplacental vitamin transport.
