cIAP1 Antibody (PA5-102328) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of cIAP1 in HEPG2 cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% saponin, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with cIAP1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102328) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) at a dilution of 1:600.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family of proteins that inhibits apoptosis by binding to tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factors TRAF1 and TRAF2, probably by interfering with activation of ICE-like proteases. This encoded protein inhibits apoptosis induced by serum deprivation and menadione, a potent inducer of free radicals.
