RFC4 Antibody (PA5-102786) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RFC4 in human gastric cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with RFC4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102786) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Human Replication Factor C (RFC) is a hetero-pentameric protein consisting of the p140, p40, p38, p37 and p36 subunits. RFC functions in the loading of the DNA polymerase delta processivity factor (PCNA, Proliferating Cell nuclear Antigen) onto a primed DNA template during DNA synthesis and repair. RFC may also participate in the DNA damage checkpoint response with a PCNA-like hetero-trimer consisting of Hus 1, Rad 1 and Rad 9.
