OS9 Antibody (PA5-103040) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of OS9 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with OS9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-103040) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
OS9 is an ER glycoprotein found in the intralumenal level and highly expressed in tumor tissue. The OS9 gene is transcriptionally induced upon activation of the Ire1/Xbp1 ER-stress pathway.
