USP6 Antibody (PA5-104204) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of USP6 in rat testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with USP6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104204) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total USP6.
靶标信息
USP6 is a deubiquitinase with an ATP-independent isopeptidase activity, cleaving at the C-terminus of the ubiquitin moiety. It catalyzes its own deubiquitination. In vitro, isoform2, but not isoform3, shows deubiquitinating activity. USP6 promotes plasma membrane localization of ARF6 and selectively regulates ARF6-dependent endocytic protein trafficking. It is able to initiate tumorigenesis by inducing the production of matrix metalloproteinases following NF-kappa-B activation.
