Phospho-CDC25B (Ser323) Antibody (PA5-104864) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-CDC25B (Ser323) in mouse pancreas tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-CDC25B (Ser323) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-104864) using a dilution of 1:200 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of CDC25B only when phosphorylated at Serine 323.
Target Information
Tyrosine protein phosphatase which functions as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression. Required for G2/M phases of the cell cycle progression and abscission during cytokinesis in a ECT2-dependent manner. Directly dephosphorylates CDK1 and stimulates its kinase activity. The three isoforms seem to have a different level of activity.
