Phospho-TYK2 (Tyr433) Antibody (PA5-105556) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-TYK2 (Tyr433) in human kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-TYK2 (Tyr433) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105556) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2) a member of the JAK kinase family, plays both structural and catalytic roles in type I interferon (IFN) signaling. As such, it may play a role in anti-viral immunity. A mutation in this gene has been associated with hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (HIES) - a primary immunodeficiency characterized by elevated serum immunoglobulin E.
