TRAF3IP3 Antibody (PA5-106565) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of TRAF3IP3 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and TRAF3IP3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106565) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Target Information
The gene encodes a protein that mediates cell growth by modulating the c-Jun N-terminal kinase signal transduction pathway. The encoded protein may also interact with a large multi-protein assembly containing the phosphatase 2A catalytic subunit. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
