ELF4 Antibody (PA5-106789) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ELF4 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with ELF4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106789) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total ELF4.
Target Information
ELF4 is transcriptional activator that binds to DNA sequences containing the consensus 5'-WGGA-3'. The protein acts synergistically with RUNX1 to transactivate the IL3 promoter. Also transactivates the PRF1 promoter in natural killer (NK) cells. This protein plays a role in the development and function of NK and NK T-cells and in innate immunity.
