Western blot was performed using HEC1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-109303) and a 74 kDa band corresponding to NDC80 was observed across all cell lysates tested. Nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), U-2 OS (Lane 2) and Jurkat (Lane 3) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX), 12 well.
