TRPV5 Antibody (PA5-110527) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of TRPV5 in paraffin-embedded human kidney. Samples were incubated with TRPV5 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110527) using a dilution of 1:50 (40x lens). Perform high pressure antigen retrieval with 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

The calcium-selective channel encoded by this gene has 6 transmembrane-spanning domains, multiple potential phosphorylation sites, an N-linked glycosylation site, and 5 ANK repeats. This protein forms homotetramers or heterotetramers and is activated by a low internal calcium level.
