Carbonic anhydrase II Antibody (PA5-119657) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of Carbonic anhydrase 2 in LOVO cells (green) using Carbonic anhydrase II Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-119657). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS.

Target Information
CA2 is one of several (at least 7) isozymes of carbonic anhydrase. Carbonic anhydrase catalyzes reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. Defects in this enzyme are associated with osteopetrosis and renal tubular acidosis.
