          Phospho-PPP1R12A/PPP1R12B/PPP1R12C (Thr696) Antibody (PA5-121344) in WB

Western blot analysis of Phospho-PPP1R12A/PPP1R12B/PPP1R12C (Thr696) in extracts of Jurkat cells. Samples were incubated with Phospho-PPP1R12A/PPP1R12B/PPP1R12C (Thr696) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-121344) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. Jurkat cells were treated by Calyculin A (100 nM) at 37°C for 30 minutes after ... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

          Target Information

Myosin phosphatase is a protein complex comprised of three subunits: a catalytic subunit (PP1c-delta, protein phosphatase 1, catalytic subunit delta), a large regulatory subunit (MYPT, myosin phosphatase target) and small regulatory subunit (sm-M20). Two isoforms of MYPT have been isolated--MYPT1 and MYPT2, the first of which is widely expressed, and the second of which may be specific to heart, skeletal muscle, and brain. Each of the MYPT isoforms functions to bind PP1c-delta and increase phosphatase activity. [NCBI]
