AHCTF1 Antibody (PA5-148386) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of AHCTF1 in A431 cells. Samples were incubated with AHCTF1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148386) using a dilution of 1:200 at 4°C overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum. Positive staining was localized to Nuclear membrane.

Target Information
Required for the assembly of a functional nuclear pore complex (NPC) on the surface of chromosomes as nuclei form at the end of mitosis. May initiate NPC assembly by binding to chromatin and recruiting the Nup107-160 subcomplex of the NPC. Also required for the localization of the Nup107-160 subcomplex of the NPC to the kinetochore during mitosis and for the completion of cytokinesis.
