LGSN Antibody (PA5-148414) in WB
Western blot analysis of LGSN in various lysates. Samples were incubated with LGSN polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148414) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate; Lane B: U-251MG Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 57 kDa Observed band size: 57 kDa.
