TMEM97 Antibody (PA5-23003) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of TMEM97 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with TMEM97 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23003) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL overnight at 4°C followed by anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a dilution of 1:1,000 dilution for 60 minutes. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.
