ADCY10 Antibody (PA5-25756) in WB
Western blot analysis of ADCY10 in K562 whole cell lysate. Samples were incubated with ADCY10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25756) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Predicted band size: 187 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

SAC belongs to a distinct class of mammalian adenylyl cyclase that is soluble and insensitive to G protein or forskolin regulation. It is localized in the cytoplasm and is thought to function as a general bicarbonate sensor throughout the body.
