ZNF202 Antibody (PA5-26777) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ZNF202 in MDA-MB231 cells. Samples were incubated with ZNF202 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-26777) using a dilution of 1:25 for 1 h at 37°C followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit at a dilution of 1:400 for 50 min at 37°C. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min) and permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min). ZNF202 (Zinc finger protein 202) is a transcriptional repressor of genes affecting the vascular endothelium as well as lipid metabolism and energy homeostasis. Among its targets are structural components of lipoprotein particles (apolipoproteins AIV, CIII, and E), enzymes involved in lipid processing (lipoprotein lipase, lecithin cholesteryl ester transferase), transporters involved in lipid homeostasis (ABCA1, ABCG1), and several genes involved in processes related to energy metabolism and vascular disease.
