LRP130 Antibody (PA5-30357) in ICC/IF
LRP130 Polyclonal Antibody detects LRP130 protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37°C for 30 min. Green: LRP130 protein stained by LRP130 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30357) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

This gene encodes a deadenylase that functions as the catalytic subunit of the polyadenylate binding protein dependent poly(A) nuclease complex. The encoded protein is a magnesium dependent 3' to 5' exoribonuclease that is involved in the degradation of cytoplasmic mRNAs. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
