Western blot analysis of SFT2D3 in Lane 1: PC12 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 2: Jurkat whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 3: NIH-3T3 whole cell lysate (40 µg). Samples were incubated with SFT2D3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-75946) at a dilution of 1:500.
