Immunohistochemistry analysis of GALNS on paraffin-embedded human mammary cancer tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. Deficiencies of this enzyme lead toMorquio A syndrome, a lysosomal storage disorder.
