Western Blot using AKR1B1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80330) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Hela Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: MCF-7 Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: 293T Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 36 kDa. Observed band size: 34 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).
