Centrin 2 Antibody (PA5-80470) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of His-Centrin 2 in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Centrin 2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80470, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.

RNP2 a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The encoded protein is part of an N-oligosaccharyl transferase complex that links high mannose oligosaccharides to asparagine residues found in the Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif of nascent polypeptide chains. This protein is similar in sequence to the yeast oligosaccharyl transferase subunit SWP1.
