Western blot analysis of CD160 in Lane 1: RAW264.7 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 2: THP-1 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 3: Spleen tissue lysate of rat (30 µg), Lane 4: Spleen tissue lysate of mouse (30 µg). Sample was incubated with CD160 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-86420) using a 1:500 dilution.
