Powered by SuperScript™ V Reverse Transcriptase, the optimized master mix combines robust performance across a broad range of RNA samples with simplified reaction setup, enhanced reagent stability, and greater workflow flexibility. SuperScript V VILO Master Mix, Primer-Free is also available with ezDNase™ Master Mix for fast and convenient genomic DNA removal prior to reverse transcription.

SuperScript V VILO Master Mix, Primer-Free combines SuperScript V RT, RNase inhibitor, buffer, and dNTPs in a single formulation while allowing users to select and optimize primers for their specific application. This flexibility supports gene-specific primers, oligo(dT), random primers, or customized primer combinations while maintaining the convenience of a ready-to-use master mix.

SuperScript V VILO Master Mix, Primer-Free with gDNA Removal allows streamlined genomic DNA removal step. The dsDNA-specific ezDNase enzyme removes contaminating genomic DNA in as little as 2 minutes without affecting RNA.

SuperScript V VILO Master Mix, Primer-Free also features a DTT-free, animal origin–free formulation for improved sustainability and simplified reagent handling.
