The iConnect Flame Photometric Detector provides a specific response towards sulphur-, phosphorus-, or tin- containing compounds depending on the installed optical filter, and is easily interchangeable with other iConnect modules. A Dual-Tube configuration is possible by mounting two different optical filters for simultaneous specific detection.

  • MDL: 100 fg P/s and 5 pg S/s (Methyl Parathion)
  • Dynamic range: 10E4 for P, >10E3 for S (quadratic response)
  • Selectivity: P/C = 10E6 :1, and S/C = 10E6 :1
  • Maximum temperature: 450 °C
  • Acquisition rate up to 300 Hz
